Hello, my name is Scott Brice, and I’d like to thank you for taking the time to look at my website and giving me the opportunity to help you with your tree service needs. I am a Colorado native who grew up in Westminster. After high school, I attended the University of Colorado in Boulder and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
In 2003 I started my company, A Stump Man Tree and Stump Removal Service. I take pride in being an Owner/Operator, and am thankful every time the phone rings with a potential customer giving me the opportunity to earn their business.
Customer Service
Customer service has been my main focus in business for many years and I believe in giving the best service possible. Not only does it allow my company to flourish, but more importantly, it will result in you having a more pleasant and satisfying experience with the service that you receive.
As an Owner/Operator, I enjoy personally meeting with my customers as often as possible. My goal is to provide you with the service you expect and deserve.What puts me ahead of my competitors is that I will do my best to answer my phone (and I apologize in advance as it is not always possible to answer my phone when operating the machinery or talking to a customer). I will listen to your needs, and discuss how I can help you. Realizing your time is valuable, I will always try to do what I say I will do and to get the job done to your satisfaction. And being respectful of your time, I will contact you if a service has to be changed or rescheduled.
Experience
My experience is with stump removal and have performed many technical stump removals close to foundations, fences, patios, driveways and sidewalks. Having been involved with many tree removals, I have associated myself with several licensed and insured arborists in the Denver metro area. They too are small owner/operators, very personable and friendly, and also have many years of experience in removing or pruning trees. We strive to provide the best customer service, and with our knowledge and experience, we are able to perform tree and stump services safely with our customer’s best interest in mind.
